Condicions d'exempció de la tarifa d'amfitrió del 3 % amb motiu de la COVID-19

To qualify a listing the host must: 

(i) accept a guest cancellation request using our in-product cancellation tool by no later than March 31, 2020, 

(ii) be in a situation where the guest would not otherwise be entitled to a full refund under either the listing’s cancellation policy or our extenuating circumstances policy. For each qualifying listing, from the date of qualification, Airbnb will waive, and/or rebate to the host, the 3% host service fee for all bookings under a flexible or moderate cancellation policy with a check-in date on or before June 1, 2020. Rebates will be paid by June 30, 2020. The amount of host fees waived and/or rebated for each listing will not exceed the amount of the refund(s) provided by the host that were not otherwise due to the guest.
