I was at first disappointed that the session was only in German, as I signed up for English (Daniela had problems with weather, causing cancellations) but the teacher was kind in trying to make the session accessible for me, and it clearly was an enjoyable class for everyone. But the real review follows because at the end Daniela arrived to teach the next session - a Vinyāsa class - and invited me to take part as compensation for the Yin session being in German. This was such a kind gesture and as the following 90 minutes were a revelation for me ( my first Vinyāsa experience) I was grateful to have the opportunity. It was wonderful; if you get the chance to try Vinyāsa yoga with Daniela, please seize it! It is dynamic and Daniela is a great tutor. Both forms of yoga are stimulating, I just prefer Vinyāsa, and the setting and the time taken are of great value. My eyes…and my chakras, are truly opened. Many thanks for taking time to explain aspects afterwards too.
