Cloudbreak was very much as described in the listing, in a lovely, convenient part of Aldeburgh. The house definitely has the wow factor and the living space opening out onto a wonderful courtyard brings the outside in. The trickle of the water fountain in the courtyard made for relaxing afternoons in the comfortable outside space.

Whilst the house accommodates 6 people well, perhaps it’s worth noting that a shared drive with neighbours and very clear rules on parking, may mean that if you have 3 cars it could be a bit tight or you leave a car in the road. It is no issue though with a little consideration.
