Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay

This is a wonderful retreat from the bustle of St. Kilda's and greater Melbourne. It's very close to major tram and bus stops, 15-20 minutes walk to St. Kilda's beaches and shopping areas, decent restaurants nearby. The apartment is very quiet, well appointed, great kitchen, lovely furnishings, and a nice little patio in back. Best of all, Paul is a wonderful host and communicator and not only replied to all our questions but also offered tips on local restaurants and activities. It has to be the best place to stay in St. Kilda!

Such an amazing and convenient place! We enjoyed our stay so much.. the place is super well located and quick to the supermarket, gym, shops, restaurants, etc. Also Paul makes sure everything is super easy to understand.. from the self check in to using house appliances. The place itself is really cozy and well kept, would definitely stay here again :)

Paul is a great communicator and he genuinely cares that his guests are comfortable and happy. Nothing is too much trouble.
His place is in a quiet spot just off the main drag of St Kilda and you have easy access to excellent restaurants, nightlife and public transport.
It's furnished beautifully with a great kitchen and courtyard, and the bed is supremely comfortable.
Paul is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.
