I am a licensed DC, VA and MD real estate agent. I have been using AirBnB on and off since 2013 to welcome visitors and business travelers to The District. I enjoy the outdoors and love to camp, play recreational team sports, cycle, snowboard and generally spend time outside with friends. I have an energetic and very active young pup named Benny.

I can't say enough good things about Graham and his space. He was very helpful with parking and restaurant recommendations. We got in on the late side, found parking right in front, and went to one of the restaurants Graham suggested in walking distance and had a wonderful meal. We ended up eating brunch in the neighborhood at a great spot we saw on our walk the night before. The location is perfect! And despite being on a busy corner, we slept great. We also enjoyed a brisk fall morning on the root top patio before leaving to take in the view and the color change that was just starting.

Graham was very helpful with a late check out. We couldn't have been happier, except if we were able to stay longer! Highly recommend Graham as a host and would love to return to explore DC more.

Graham is a very nice host and quite professional. He provided information in advance. He also prepared a parking pass for us and it is quite helpful.

We enjoyed our visit in Washington. The location of the house is very easy and conveinent, many food and store around there. It is a nice location for visiting the famous place like US Capitol, White house, etc...
