Health food store and Polish deli. It sells everything from freshly picked sprouts to delicious polish donuts (only Saturday & Sunday's). Amazing homemade pierogi.

Good for overall organic or whole food grocery essentials, but I go for St John's bakery stuff, an award-winning non-profit social enterprise producing Toronto's best organic breads. The Bree loaf is the best. They also have Petite Thuet baguettes at the cash and make good deli-style sandwiches to go.
