Dow's Lake is a small man-made lake on the Rideau Canal, situated two kilometres north of Hog's Back Falls in the middle of Ottawa.

Great spot for biking, walking, fishing etc. Very central with an eatery built in the center.

Enjoy the flowers and take a walk around Dow's Lake, then head over to Preston Street, Ottawa's Little Italy

Picturesque lake with access to Rideau Canal. Great for skating in the winter or a peddle-boat ride in the summer
