This bar belongs to the renowned local Chef Ricard Camarena. It's a small bar located inside the Central Market. Have a Valencian "almuerzo" or some tapas. My preferred tapas: “ensaladilla rusa”, “croquetas de pollo”, “buñuelos de bacalao” and “patatas bravas”. It might be crowded (especially on Saturdays), so be prepared for a wait.

Un restaurante dentro del Mercado Central. Perfecto para degustar la excelente cocina del prestigioso Chef Ricard Camarena. Muy recomendable!! Abierto hasta las 15:30 horas.// A restaurant inside the Central Market. Perfect to taste the excellent cuisine of the prestigious Chef Ricard Camarena. Highly recommended! Open until 3:30 p.m.
