This is a great island zoo! Features gorgeous gardens, petting areas, lorry feedings (a must-do! Multicoloured lorries come and eat apple slices right from you hand) and the world's only Marching Flamingos.

The map pin is NOT correct A favorite! Check their times to hand-feed apples to the lorrikeets & see the marching flamingos! 3 blocks from the Fish Fry, and Fort Charlotte. 20 mins. by public bus.

Ardastra Gardens is the only zoo in the Bahamas, and has the largest collection of Bahamian land mammals. It is also a breeding center for endangered Bahamian animals. Be sure to catch the Flamingo Show!!!!!!
