Lovely authentic french restaurant over looking Nomandsland Green. Can be a bit expense, however its very popular. Less than 5 minute drive, or 15 minute cycle, option to walk in day light. www.lesmirabelles.co.uk

A truly excellent French restaurant about 15 minutes away which also has a top-class wine list. Worth ordering a taxi! Open lunchtime and evenings

Nomansland has a good french restaurant Les Mirabelles (also known as Le Frog bar and bistro) and Claude who owns it does a very good lunch. 01794 390205 Again there are ponies etc usually outside and it’s nice to walk around. You’d need to book and he’s closed Sundays and Mondays.
