This is the closest grocery store, very well-stocked for all essential items, along with a deli, and liquor store too. (Liquor not available Friday to Sunday).

Tops is the liquor store and the Spar is the grocer - a nice two in one with all the essentials and a cooked food section if you don't feel like making it yourself or dining out.
