Sullivan Doh, an alum of Experimental Cocktail Club and Sherry Butt, only works with French spirits at his 10th arrondissement cocktail bar. The atmosphere is relaxed and there’s always hip hop playing. Also, I love the golden curtains. Weekends have a lively vibe with a mixed crowd of fashion people, bartenders, and artists.

Hidden behind a nondescript facade, this bar is a real gem. A great menu with a grungy (but clean) vibe.
