Scuba Diving is big here in South Florida. North of the Florida Keys, Pompano Beach has the best collection of reefs and wrecks. And of all the local operators, South Florida Diving is my favorite. They are close to the outlet (shorter boat rides) are friendly, and they don't "nickel and dime" you.
