This is Pho - kind of rice with soup, very popular in Viet Nam. Easy to find a local place to have a bowl of Rice Soup around you with very cheap price (about 1-2 USD/ a bowl) But the restaurant I recommend here is river view and nice design so that it's good to enjoy the meal.
