It is an easy walk to the top and the views are fantastic. The place is full of history as it was a defensive position during the napoleonic wars, there is an interesting museum with the history of San Sebastian, and you can visit the small chapel on the top. // Las vistas desde de la cima de este monte, repleto de historia, que jalona la ciudad, son espectaculares. Se sube dando un paseo, arriba hay una ermita, y a medio camino un museo de la ciudad.

Easy walk to the great views just behind the old town. At the top there is a small museum about the history of the city. Free of charge. From the museum you have a stairs that will get you to the feet of Jesus statue :)
