GAY BAR - Long-running gay bar in Kyoto, located on Kiyamachi Street – the city’s main bar and nightlife area. AZURE is a men-only bar. The owner and his staff speak limited English. There’s a table charge, and light snacks are served. Located on the 3rd floor of a building, so look out for the sign. Open till late.
