Although it looks gritty, it's considered authentic Mexican food and the tacos are great! Very popular late night. Most just order at the counter and take to go.

My #1 personal favorite Chicago taqueria - late night or anytime, the food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and wow, it hits the spot. It's right along the #50 Damen bus route, too!
