Good for families, this 16th-century pub on Hampstead Heath was once the home of infamous highway man, Dick Turpin and has changed very little over the past 400 or so years. A great place to end a walk on the Heath or for a Sunday roast, it has good food and a huge beer garden. It's also the site of my first ever job (as a waitress) so please be nice to the staff!

Lovely lovely posh pub just by Hampstead Heath. Big garden and lovely (if a bit expensive food), as well as ancient, cosy, interiors for a lovely afternoon/evening.

The most endearing local pub with an excellent wine and craft beer selection. The pub is filled with locals and is fast getting it's name as the place to be every evening.

The Spaniards Inn dates back to 16th century it is said Dick Turpin, the notorious highway man often drank here in his reign of terror. Open fire, nice food, the Sunday Roasts are very popular and you will need to reserve a table. Very cosy and romantic. Beautifully lit at nightime. Definitely worth a drink in there.
