Great coffee/cafe downstairs and also hookah lounge and bar upstairs. Also good nightlife. Cafe and bar open late, until 1am. Its the only cafe in San diego open past midnight.

La Jolla spot of iconic java & patisserie chain with buzzy patio & ocean views if you can find the right space.

Quirky, good coffee and tea shop, with deserts and a Mediterranean menu. They even have a full bar and hookah lounge with an ocean view upstairs. Downstairs is strictly non smoking.
