You have a lot of proposes for Agritourism but-trust me, my mother is Sardinian- this is the best one. A bit far but so good. You have a set typical Sardinian menu for about 45€(ask for confirmation)

Berchideddu Agriturismo, piatti tipici sardi. Il migliore! Agriturismo is a particular restaurant with typical Sardinian food (ricotta, pecorino, ravioli, gnocchetti..PORCEDDU) The best.

un ottimo agriturismo dove mangiare bene e tanto. è un po' lontano da san teodoro ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.
