Balashi Gold Mill Ruins, is where in the late eighteen hundreds, gold used to be processed and shipped to Netherlands by boat. Underground tunnels are still open and the passage to the sea.

Located next to the only water inlet of the island, this place offers some great views of the island. Many also miss the great nature trail which can be reached by walking further down from the ruins.

El segundo sitio, Balashi Gold Mill, se construyó en la punta de Spanish Lagoon. Los restos de este otrora bullicioso molino todavía son visibles en el pintoresco entorno cerca del estrecho cañón de rocas conocido como Frenchman's Pass.
