When you like art this is a good place to go. There are changing exhibitions of contemporary art. Nice and educated visitors make the place even more enjoyable. In the permanent exhibitions you will find the old masters and also art of the 20th century. Of course pieces of Joseph Beuys are not missing since he a famous artist of Düsseldorf. The glass museum will give you an impression what has been possible to make out of glass. The whole structure by its architecture is already art. The place has a great unique arrangement and atmosphere next to the music hall, which has been built in the same style (Tonhalle).

Expressionistic building and garden ensemble. It hosts two relevant museums in Germany: NRW-Forum and Museum Kunstpalat. If you´re interestest in art a must see!
