One of the best ways to experience Mljet, you just must swim in the Odysseus cave. I suggest to go in the morning, although it won't be easy to come back due to heat and no shade, but the colors in the cave are so amazing during the morning you won't regret it.

Odysseus cave 20 minutes walk from market Tommy in Babino Polje Really unique place for visiting, swim inside a cave and enjoy in beautiful colors If you like jumping in water from some hills, it is great place to do this here

Underneath Babino Polje, there are some walking trails by which you can get to Odysseus' Cave. The trails are also good for walking around

If you like adrenaline to go down by foot-that's your spot! If you are fun of free jumping into sea from very high cliffs-that's you spot. If you like nature just for it self, you'll enjoy the path from the village to the cave all along. If you like georgeous views-just come and get it! Odysseus Cave offers a beautiful view of the Ogiran cliff. Visitors can take a bath if they wish and witness the beautiful colors of the sea inside the cave, especially at noon. There is also a small beach bar where you can refresh yourself with a cold drink.
