This is quiet close from my flat. Used to be a tattoo shop but now a cafe with amazing pancakes! I go there when I miss good old American style pancakes. For weekends, expect you some waiting time. It has very chilllll vibes.. don't expect too much... service.... but great food!!!

Coffee shop and music rehearsal studio. Another address off the beaten track. Probably my favourite coffee shop/ place to relax in Brighton. The coffee is great and you get the best soundtrack in town. Very laid-back. There is wifi, you can play chess and there is a "sunyard" to seat outside.

Seriously delicious pancakes. This place gets busy quickly on weekends so best go as soon as they open
