Taste of India is one of my favourite catch-all sort of Indian restaurants in Singapore - you can have both Northern and Southern dishes, and the prices are more than reasonable. The food is absolutely delicious (go for the mutton soup if you can) and if you're on a vegetarian diet this place will leave you one happy herbivore.

Perfect for carnivores and vegetarians, this has the best of all worlds. Enjoy the spice and everything nice without going against your food consumption beliefs. Everything is good here don't worry about it. Tip: share the set meals if you're a small eater. Darryl and I (we're everage-sized eaters) always share them with some to spare. Anyway, if you're hungry afterwards you can always order more later.
