Capitol Hill's secret little patisserie boasting small batch, handmade deliciousness. Get there early, because, while their hours list "Open til 3", they'll close when they sell out. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Team member favorite: "The smoked paprika and cheddar croissant."

The pastry chef used to work at Canlis. Everything is fabulous. Not much in terms of seating space but the smoked paprika and cheddar croissant is worth a drive. They often sell out so go early.

All of their pastries are very "flaky" and crispy. Must try their Smoked Paprika and Cheddar Croissants, and Kouign Amann!

Go early - the pastries at this place fly off the shelf and they close as soon as they sell out for the day.
