This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

What I love about living here is the outdoor space where you can sit out and enjoy a drink on a sunny day on the terrace and unwind. Around the corner, you have a great local cafe which serves breakfast and great coffee. There is also a small supermarket too. There is a bus stop just outside with buses running to Brixton 24/7.

This calm, stylish space provides the ideal London getaway. Conveniently located near a brilliant local high street and with easy access to central London, the quiet residential area is a top spot to enjoy and explore. 5-10 minute walk away the local shops provide a great selection of independent cafes, restaurants and shops. Following this, there is plenty of green area around to venture into. 5 minute walk to East Dulwich Station, 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station.

The house is a 5 minute walk from the Northern, Victoria, and Overground lines as well as plenty of bus routes and free off-street parking.

Surprisingly quiet, surrounded by trees and set well back from the road, this gorgeous Victorian flat is spacious and full of period character. High ceilings, original wood floors and other original features. The flat is a 12 minute walk to Brixton with its excellent bars, restaurants and the famous market. From there it is only four stops on the Underground to Victoria and central London.
