Egerton adjacent to Pluckley boasts many lovely country walks with huge Dering woods walkable from the listing and the villages of Goudhurst and Sissinghurst within 20 minutes. By car, Rye, Canterbury & Whitstable are within 40 minutes Ashford Designer outlet is 25 minutes away. The dog friendly restaurant and pub is a 5 minute walk.

The Honey Barn

A local pub is just a short walk away, with several great pubs within a 5–10 minute drive. Not far from us is the big cat sanctuary and Leeds castle.
