Ample parking. Wifi Easy access straight off Highway (there is traffic noise). Large back yard perfect for kids and even a trampoline.

Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac and up driveway for privacy. Large bedroom with SK bed and separate open plan lounge/kitchen, bathroom(shower only) and laundry. Fenced outdoor area with own patio. Parking on property for one vehicle plus street parking. Note* there is another unit on property so the driveway is shared.

Our property joins a wide open grass area with trampoline and temporary swimming pool. Our home is good for couples and families (with kids). Due to the proximity of neighbours, it is not suitable for groups.

In 2017 Ricky & Micaela renovated the woolshed into the countryside retreat it is now, located in the Papamoa Hills with beautiful views, nestled in nature on a lifestyle block.
