The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

A brand new annexe attached to a larger property, this guest room with large kitchen/diner offers you light and space on the edge of town but with easy access to the beautiful Surrey Hills. Ideal location for walkers and mountain bikers who enjoy the fresh air and countryside. Only available when the family home is not being used, so you will also have complete privacy and full use the patio and garden.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
