The luxury extends outside, where you’ll enjoy a private patio, an honesty bar and your very own storage space for luggage. Did we mention the hot tub, 25m away up on the main patio which is for your exclusive use? We have now.
Duck Lodge offers a cozy environment with a Lounge area with satellite TV (inc Netflix movies), Sonos Alexa system, Breakfast unit, Fridge with Honesty Bar and Tea & Coffee making facilities. The Bedroom area has a Double bed with crisp white egyption cotten linen for a cozy nights sleep with Pillows and a throw made by "The White Company" . Side tables with Lamps and additional blankets & pillows are available if needed under the bed. If 2 people are staying and need to use the Double bed and the Sofa Bed in the Lounge an additional rate of £22 is charged
Duck Lodge is a boutique wood cabin in a beautiful village location, within the South Downs National Park. Our home is a beautiful detached house with a heated swimming pool set in a private road in one of the most sought after locations in Brighton and Hove. Situated between the city and the South Downs our house offers spacious entertaining space both inside and out. 2 NIGHTS MIN STAY AT WEEKENDS. THANKS! Parking for up to four cars!
Our home is a beautifully presented detached four bedroom house set in a private road in one of the most sought after locations in Brighton and Hove. Situated between the city and the south downs our house offers spacious entertaining space both inside and outside. A south facing garden benefiting from all day sun is complemented with the rare bonus of a heated swimming pool. NOTE POOL CLOSED FROM NOV through MARCH! The pool is open from April through October and heated to 24 c ( May through Sept ). For an extra bit of luxury and well worth the optional additional charge for a short stay we are able to heat the pool extra warm to 30 degrees so that it can be enjoyed whatever the weather. The pool can also be heated in April and October for additional fee. While the house is in the city of Brighton and Hove the surroundings are protected woodlands and public parkland giving the house a seclude rural feeling. You are booking the entire house which will be solely and privately occupied by you as we live locally off site but can be contacted at any time. This is a family home and will be perfectly suited to families or small groups wishing to celebrate special occasions or for a couple wanting a romantic getaway. Please note that the house is only intended for the guests checking in and not to be used as a party venue. The house offers the opportunity to enjoy the city and surrounding area and / or simply relax in a peaceful and luxurious surrounding. The ground floor comprises a large modern open plan kitchen and family room with bi-fold doors leading onto a sun drenched decked terrace and garden. Off the kitchen is a cloakroom with WC and wash basin. The family room area has a sofa and chairs for relaxing together with a quality music system for playing the music of your choice. Adjacent to this room is the large lounge and dining room. The lounge has a large corner style sofa and TV. The dining area has a large extending dining table and 12 chairs. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms on the first floor are all double with a shared bathroom with bath and separate wet room style shower. The Master bedroom is a new loft conversion comprising a large bedroom with one King size bed and one single and a fold out bed,This room has ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors into a south facing terrace overlooking the garden. The third bedroom has 1 double and 1 single beds and share the same terrace with bedroom 2.The fourth bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed and it is at the front of the house. All beds are dressed in quality duvets and bed linen. All bedrooms overlook green spaces and trees. PLEASE NOTE 2 nights minimum stay at weekends (must include fri and sat nights) and the whole of June, July and August.
The house is in a private residential location adjacent to Withdean Park. Preston park is just a 15 minute walk.

  • El lloc de Richard és ampli i lluminós, amb algunes característiques magnífiques, com ara sostres molt alts, una finestra massissa de sostre a sostre i bonics panells a la paret de la sala d'estar, vitralls i xemeneies. És molt tranquil i relaxat, amb una petita petita cuina i un bany ampli amb banyera complerta. Està molt ben decorat i conservat. La ubicació és cèntrica, a poca distància a peu de l'estació, els 7 Dials ofereixen una gran quantitat de pubs, bars de vins i restaurants, així com un petit supermercat, etc. És molt fàcil accedir a la ciutat i baixar fins al mar. Vam anar al local tailandès anomenat Red Snapper, que era excel·lent, cal reservar ja que són molt populars, on podeu prendre el vostre propi vi. La cooperativa local tenia tot el que necessitàvem. Richard va ser molt fàcil de tractar i, sens dubte, recomanem aquest apartament.

    This modern, and quirky house is within walking distance from everything Brighton has to offer. This is one of the few properties in Brighton that can offer free parking! There's a swinging seat, four poster bed, vintage record player, and a cozy log burner. The open plan spacious design offers a perfect social space for friends, families, and work colleagues with plenty of room to spread out! This house boasts a large sunny raised garden! Well behaved hens are welcome.
    The house is the perfect safe base to retreat to after exploring the city. It's tucked up on a quiet street away from the city centre noise. There's plenty of space to spread out, and the double lounge leads straight through to the huge kitchen dinner. When it's time to relax and get cozy, the lounge has the perfect set up with its toasty log burner, plenty of cushions, snug sofas, and a smart TV equipped with Netflix and tons of DVD's. There's also plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. There is a fully stocked kitchen and dinning area, that is perfect of any amateur chef looking to prepare a delicious meal. You'll find plenty of teas, fresh coffee, and all the cooking essentials you need, so please help yourself! The inviting dinning area is spacious yet cozy, with unique corner seating, and huge skylights above that fill the room with natural light. It's a truly lovely social space to lounge around chatting over breakfast. After a beautiful day of sight seeing, or a late night enjoying Brighton's nightlife, the garden is a luscious spot to unwind. It is a quiet oasis, situated on a raised sun terrace, with huge comfy seating, and it's an idyllic spot to chill out with some drinks or a BBQ. There are 3 beautiful, light, and airy bedrooms; the master bedroom has a stunning French four poster bed, a swinging chair, and a traditional fireplace. The second has smartly designed zip link beds that can be attached to form a kingsize or kept separate as two singles, and third bedroom has a pair of beautiful vintage French twin beds. The spacious double living provides a further 3 large, comfy sofa beds and there's also a floor mattress if needed. The bathroom is bright with a full size bath and shower. Toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers and towels are all provided! There are plenty of mirrors doted around the different rooms, including a full length mirror for getting ready. The house is very close to some great local parks. A travel crib, and high chair are always available, and there's a range of wooden baby & toddler toys. This is a totally unique house with an aura of tranquility that will make your stay in Brighton a special one.
    The area is full of beautiful traditional Brighton Victorian terraces, originally built for fishermen. It is the perfect base to explore the city. It's both close to the centre of town and the beach. The house is close to Brighton's two best parks, and the area boasts community spirit, great pubs on every corner and a Brighton style bohemian atmosphere!

Five minute walk to Wivlesfield & 12 min walk to Burgess Hill Station. Southdowns, 10 mins in car (stunning walks). For guests staying longer than a couple of days, kitchen is free to use for light meals and room in fridge. Washing machine by prior agreement. Unrestricted parking right by house or check if drive is free.
    Lovely home in ideal location for work, hiking, shopping, visiting friends, family whether local or further afield.
    Quiet area, plenty of bars/restaurants in Burgess Hill but also only 12 mins, by train, into Brighton. But having the countryside & Brighton on my doorstep is perfect.

Location is ideal for hikers, trips to Brighton/London as well as work if you need a place to stay whilst working in BH/Gatwick/Crawley or CAE/Roche/Amex/. Longer stays welcome.
    So close to Brighton, Lewes and London. Also close to Gatwick. Wonderful home with plenty of space - you’ll have your own en-suite and large bedroom to relax. For longer stays, kitchen/fridge is available (washing machine by prior arrangement)

    Double Bed in a private room with exclusive use of shower room and shared use of kitchen (with me) if required. (Happy to clear a shelf in the fridge for you to use.) Close to CAE/Roche/Amex. Family house but flock has grown up and moved on, so the nest is now a bit empty ! I have a rescue dog called Bingo who is around 10 years old & friendly, so must be OK with dogs.
    In your room is a 3 drawer bedside cabinet with a lamp on and a small wardrobe with hanging rails. Happy for you to use the kitchen facilities, fridge/freezer with ice machine and plumbed in water, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster but bare in mind that rooms other than your bedroom and bathroom are shared with me. Your bathroom has a toilet, power shower and a basin, along with a mirror and during your stay, will be exclusively for you. You are welcome to use the garden as well, which is laid with AstroTurf and decking and you would probably be accompanied by my dog Bingo, who loves a bit of sunbathing ! There is wifi and an iron and board if you require them, also happy for you to use the washing machine for a small donation towards the cost of running and detergent. The upstairs area is not for guests, as that is the family bedrooms and my sanctuary ! I am usually in the living room of an evening, which the garden is accessible through. I am friendly and happy for you to join me in there if you are partial to a soap or drama, but equally happy for you to have the privacy of your own room.
    There are 3 pubs and 3 shops within 10 minutes walk, and a chip shop less than 5 minutes walk. The industrial estates are around a 10 minute walk, and the town centre around 15-20 minute walk. There are many takeaways in and around the town and the local chippy is less than 5 minutes walk from my house. CAE/Roche/Amex are no more than around 20 minute walk away, so perfect if you are working at one of these businesses.

    Attractive room with double bed for single occupancy in luxury, modern, quiet home which backs onto lovely garden extending to shared field with fab views. Room is light and airy and has own sitting area with TV and desk. Almost sole use of adjacent family bathroom with bath and shower. Neighbourhood is on the edge of the South Downs National Park, yet close to city of Brighton & Hove with good links to London too. This is our home; we'll be sharing the space during evenings and weekends.
    Full access to all amenities (WiFi, kitchen, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, food storage, washing machine and tumble dryer). Light breakfast included (Cereals, Toast, Tea & Coffee). As hosts, we are a professional, cheerful, easy-going, non-smoking couple. Note: you will also be sharing with two friendly cats.
    Hassocks is a large village in mid-Sussex. It benefits from being very close to the city of Brighton and Hove but away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The house is set in a semi-rural location on the edge of the South Downs National Park, but is still easily accessible by road, bus and train. The house shares ownership of a field which backs on to the property and affords lovely countryside views from the tranquil garden; a quiet space to reflect at the end of the day!

    The bedroom is a large newly refurbished double bedroom with a bay window in a large detached family home. It is a bright and airy modern room. The floor is insulated wooden flooring and has a new radiator, so is very cosy. Bedding and towels plus kettle and drinks will be provided. The room has wardrobe and draw space plus a built in desk area with plug points - useful for a student or a business visitor. The house is also very close to the station with regular trains to London and Brighton.
    It is a family home and there are two children living here. They are really well behaved children nonetheless if guests don't like children in their accommodation then this won't be the place for you :). This is also a musical house and there is a piano etc. Music practice will happen usually in early evening but not at unsocial hours and is rather pleasant. I should draw this to guests attention as not everyone will like this.
    It is a quiet residential area so if someone is looking for a peaceful stay then this is the place. We are on the very edge of town and by a nature reserve close to lots of lovely walks and places to visit in the Southdown national park and the beautiful Sussex Countryside. We are also close to the Coast for those that want a bit of beach life.

    The Cottage is a warm & spacious converted barn, surrounded by fields and fabulous walks (there's a washing machine for any clothing spruce ups afterwards!). The Cottage is self catering with it's own equipped kitchen , a sitting room with log burner, table, tv & wifi. The separate bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed & the bathroom is accessed via the bedroom. Towels & bedlinen included & tea, coffee, coffee pods & milk for your first day. The sofa pulls out to provide another double bed.
    Unfortunately, due to the gravel driveway and bath, the Cottage is not easily accessible for wheelchair users. We are No Smoking (including vaping) property and grounds. The Cottage is found up a long, thin lane with fields holding horses on either side. The Cottage is across the shared drive from our barn, but is private. We have 2 friendly dogs and 2 cats who can be shooed out if you don't want visitors! The kitchen has a hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, nespresso coffee machine and comes equipped with saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, bottle opener etc for cooking your meals. Tea, coffee, coffee capsules and milk are provided on your arrival. The Cottage is fitted with black out roman and Velux blinds. The log burner keeps the room cosy and logs will be provided on arrival (more available for £4 a bag). A washing machine is provided too for any clothing spruce ups that may be needed after hiking/cycling in the country! Use of the garden patio with a table and chairs is available for you and a bbq can be requested. The Cottage is perfectly located to explore the breathtaking Sussex countryside, it's vineyards, NT properties, beaches, sports events at nearby Hickstead, Brighton and Goodwood, culture with Glyndebourne (30 mins drive), theatres, concerts and history. The bustling village of Hurstpierpoint has pubs, independent restaurants, coffee shops, antique/'brocante' shops, independent boutiques and an incredible butcher!
    The area is proud of it's wine, ale & cheese which are produced locally, and it's farms supply high quality meats to the butcher and restaurants.     Our unique Ecopod was handcrafted in Wales, it is beautifully insulated with sheep wool and has a lovely smell of wood. The large double glazing doors allow you to make the most of sunlight, you are in the sunniest spot of the garden! The village has everything you need, four independent coffee shops, one bakery and two supermarkets. Further down you have the beautiful Hurstpierpoint, Ditchiling and Lewes, if you fancy more action, Brighton is 10 minutes away. FULLY HEATED for colder days.
    We are close to the Downs National Park, as well as having Brighton 20 minutes away. So if you want to walk and visit the village, then it's easy. But it's equally easy to pop into Brighton for sea air or shopping. We are located close to the A23. The nearest station is Hassocks, which is 10 minutes walk from us. This is the Brighton line to London Bridge/ Victoria. Gatwick airport is 30 minutes by car. There's also cycle hire at the station in Hassocks, which is a 10 minute walk from our house. Hurstpierpoint is a nearby village with lots of shops and some great pubs, 5 minutes by car or 40 minutes walking. You also have Lewes, Plumpton, Ditchling to visit. Cyclists and hikers are also welcome. There are two "cycling cafes" nearby Proper Cycling here in Hassocks and Velusso in Ditchling. Pubs include The Bull, The Thatched Inn, Jack and Jill Inn, The Hassocks and more. We have a curry and chinese restaurant on the High Street as well as Fish and chips and Kebab Take away. Finally a local lady called Carly delivers amazing afternoon teas, she organizes everything and even takes the dirty plates away so you don't have to worry about the washing up check Carly's Afternoon Teas on Facebook. THE POD SELF CHECK IN AVAILABLE AND OWN ACCESS INDEPENDENT FROM MAIN HOUSE. The PODis tucked away on a corner of our family garden. It is NOT secluded and I think is not ideal for romantic weekends. If not sure please message me BEFORE booking. You will have your own independent access to the Pod. The sofa opens into a cosy double bed. Blankets and duvet provided. Own indoor kitchen area: microwave, small fridge, kettle, tea/ coffee facilities and crockery. There is no cooker so you cannot make your meals from scratch. You can buy lovely meals from COOK at our local Budgens or eat out at one of the local pubs restaurants (BOOKING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) You have WI FI and TV (with Amazon Fire stick), internet can be slow at times but it is normally good. You can also have a hammock on the veranda of the Pod, we have one should you wish to relax in the Sun. There will also be a selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits for you.     The Thatched Inn is a couple of minutes walk and has good food and brilliant service ( please book to guarantee a table as they get busy) Southdowns nursery: lovely garden centre where you can have coffee, cake or nice meal at their restaurant. You can also buy beer, gifts and locally sourced produce. Bake out: small bakery and coffee house; 5 minutes walking. Butcher: is very friendly and has an amazing selection of meat for your BBQ. Train station: 8/10 minutes walk Walking trails: several around us, you can easily walk to Ditchiling, and other villages Mac's Farm: In Ditchiling, excellent for fresh eggs Wineries: Albourne, Ridgeview etc

    We live 400 meters from Wivelsfield station and 1100 meters from Burgess Hill station. 50 minuts to Victoria station by train. Its 20 minuts by car to Brighton and 10 minutes by train. We live close to Victoria industrial estate. It's a 25 min walk or 5 minutes by car.
    It's a self contained annex to the main house, with its own garden entrance. There is a dining table with 6 chairs. There is inbuilt fridge and a freezer. Upstairs we have both the corner sofa and a sofa bed. Surrounded by large garden and patio area The living area consisted a large lounge and open plan kitchen. Downstairs there is a hallway, bathroom and a large size double bedroom Total living space is 850 sq feet

    We live easy walking distance from the lovely historic town centre of Lewes with its Norman Castle and lots more...as well as super markets and transport. We are well placed for loads of lovely countryside walks, including the South Downs Way, and river Ouse. There are beaches too! not far away at Seaford and Brighton, Birling gap etc.

    NHS workers only. It's free (ignore mention of prices). We want to assist NHS teams to split away from shared accommodation and reduce likelihood of self-isolation. A 15 minute walk to hospital may also resolve transport issues. We can feed you. A cosy space in a great location: you have a fabulous view of Brighton and the ocean. You have a sunny, stylish double room; a separate sitting rm w/sofa bed, en-suite shower/separate toilet.
    The maisonette is perfect for parents with one child (two are possible) but also for couples (either travelling alone or with 1 x extra guest), solo adventurers and business travellers/conference-goers. There is a £15 additional charge for a third adult but kids (12 to 16) are free (no children under 12 I'm afraid). Nicknamed 'the lighthouse', the accommodation is situated on the top floor of our family house separated by its own door. It comprises of a large loft double bedroom (with shower), a landing and a toilet and a small living room with TV and a comfortable pull-out sofa bed for a third person (or child). The double bedroom has a superb view, and the folding window opens out and overlooks a flat roof area. From this hilltop vista, rooftops descend downward to Brighton Palace Pier and the sea. You are asked not to smoke inside, but you can smoke on the flat roof area which has safety rails (its easy but be careful climbing out!) The room has a south-facing sloping roof which affects the bed only, but is something tall people need to take note of. The sitting room (on a lower level), has a large TV and sofa bed and its own picture window offering a lovely view over the rooftops and down to the sea. The accommodation is completed by your own walk-in shower room and separate toilet.
    You’ll love the immediate locality: our house sits at the top of a famous rectangle of terraced streets comprising of pastel coloured 'dolls-house' style buildings that climb the hill from fashionable Kemp Town and nearby Edward Street. The streets on this rectangle frequently appear in TV, movies and commercials! A few doors away from our house you'll note a distinctive old church (now a Greek Orthodox Church) and nestled close to that a lovely early 19th century farmhouse sitting alongside the gleaming glass of the brand new American Express building. A minutes walk up the hill behind us and you'll come to a pub called The Setting Sun which boasts the best beer garden in Brighton (an afternoon suntrap with views which stretch outward to Worthing; on a very clear day, its possible to see the Isle of Wight). For children, a brilliant playground is just 2 minutes away in the form of Tarner Park which also contains a circular flint-building constructed in the mid 19th Century as an observation tower so that a wealthy merchant (Edward Tarner) could see his cargo ships in arrive the English Channel on route to London. From our house, ten minutes walk eastward brings you to the very splendid (and expansive) Queens Park, perfect for kids, for picnics by the lake (its little cafe-hut cooks really good homemade cake and scones). Ten minutes walk southward takes you across Kemp Town's busy St James Street (full of shops, cafes and bars) and onward to the beech and the Palace Pier. Ten minutes walk westward takes you past the Art College, Brighton Pavilion and into the city centre where you can choose to divert to the youthful, arty North Laines or to the traditional 'Brighton Lanes' with its windy ally ways of antique, jewelry and curiosity shops (not forgetting the sweet shops and the notorious 'Choccywoccydoodah').

    Relaxed, welcoming and tidy household. Just one 40-something male living here - and no pets! I tend to eat from my lap in front of the TV, but there's also a suitable table available in the back room.
    There's bags of character and good amenities nearby, including parks, pubs, shops, cafes, gyms and a decent indoor pool. Whilst staying with me, you get guest access to The Triangle leisure centre, including gym, pool, courts and classes.

    Seaview @ 42 is our freshly decorated single guest room. Ideal for solo travel to our wonderful city. We are 10-15 walking distance to the city with great travel links on our doorstep. Seaview has everything you could need. Crisp bed linen. Fluffy white towels. Tea and coffee making facilities. iPad for TV. Reading light. Guide books and maps. Drawer space. Welcome hanging space. There is a large mirror, hair dryer and we also provide essential toiletries and bathrobe.
    Our location is great we are up high above the beautiful Queen’s Park which is only a 5 min walk just north of Hanover. There are some wonderful local pubs a stones throw away with the lovely Hanover Pub and its wood fired pizza oven on the corner of our street. We are a 10-15 walk from the seafront, pier and city centre. We have good public transport links with the 18 and 21 buses stopping right outside our house which take you to the pier, pavilion, Churchill square and train station in under 10 mins. You are free to use the kitchen facilities including the washer and dryer. We have a downstairs W.C and newly fitted bathroom upstairs with over sized bath and rainfall shower. There is a beautiful decked outside area which guests are free to use and is smoking friendly. We do have a friendly pet dog but she is not allowed upstairs and we can provide allergy free bedding on request. On request we can provide a simple breakfast of wholegrain toast, cereals or homemade porridge and fruits with juice and coffee which can be taken in the dining area downstairs or in the privacy of your own room. We are a vegan family but can also cater for meat and dairy guests.
    There are lots of lovely pubs nearby our favourites are the Hanover for pizza and the Geese for its outstanding roasts and sausage and mash menu. We have the beautiful Pepperpot at the top of historical Queen’s Park just around the corner from us. Our favourite coffee and smoothie shop is the Wild Cherry Cafe which is 5 mins walk from the house and the wonderful Starfish and Coffee for one of the best breakfast/brunch in Brighton.

    Welcome to our Brighton boutique studio. Our studio space is light, cosy, and beautifully finished. From the fully-equipped kitchen with granite worktops, the deep sprung mattress with luxurious bed linen, modern en-suite bathroom, comfortable sofa , tiled floor with underfloor heating, to the Velux windows and dining table/work station, we've made every effort to create a relaxed, contemporary environment for your stay in Brighton. There is full wifi, Freeview TV, and complimentary Netflix available. The kitchen, fitted in the summer of 2017, has an oven, twin hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher as well as the full range of modern kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, with tiled underfloor heating, and a heated towel rail. Quality, deep piled towels will be provided. The double bed is deep sprung with Egyptian cotton sheets, bedside lighting and bedside tables. Inside the table drawers you will find chargers, already plugged in, that connect to most smart phones and tablets. There is a foldaway workstation/dining table, with stools, as well as a new two seater sofa, and coffee table. Complimentary tea, fresh coffee, sugar, milk and a range of cereals will be provided.
    The Fiveways area boasts a host of independent shops and cafes all within two minutes walk of the studio, not to mention the lovely Blakers Park across the road. Also Preston Park is just at the bottom of our road, which hosts events throughout the year including the Brighton marathon and Pride. We are very easy to reach by car from both the A23 (London, Gatwick and the north) or A27 (west and east) and it's just a 20 minute walk to the studio from Brighton mainline station or 5 minutes in a taxi. It's also just a 20 minute stroll down into the heart of town but there are plenty of buses too, from a bus stop 100 metres away. Brighton itself needs no introduction, with the Amex stadium, home to Brighton and Hove Albion football club (London road train station is just around the corner from us with a 7 minute journey to the stadiums), the pier(s), the new i360, the Theatre Royal and The Dome, the Lanes and North Laines, the racecourse (a 10 minute drive), the Marina, and of course as many shops/delis/cafes/restaurants/bars/clubs as you could possibly hope for. Brighton also plays host to some fabulous annual events, including the Brighton Festival throughout May, the marathon and Pride. Oh, and we forgot to mention the beach, the South Downs National Park, and all of the beautiful Sussex countryside..........

There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment with several buses going all over Brighton and nearby cities. The main Brighton train station is a 20 minute walk or 12 minute bus ride. LGBT+ Friendly The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible.
    You'll be staying in a big bedroom, bright and comfy. Plus, there is a shared bathroom with very large bath tub and great shower pressure. The kitchen comes with dinning table and chairs and a great view of the ocean. If you like sunset views, you've come to the right place :) There is one other bedroom in the apartment, where one other person stays, so communal areas will be shared :) We will provide tea and coffee and great tips for things to do in the area.

The world famous Lanes are a little further away and worth spending time to soak its the unique charm they offer.

    Step into the most boutique studio apartment in the whole of Brighton! A stunning main space features a dining area for four people under a crystal chandelier, huge french windows that make the space light and airy, a cosier comfy area with a sofa that opens out to a double bed and a ladder that leads to the mezzanine sleeping area featuring a double mattress. Off the main space there is a kitchen - tiny but perfectly equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere. Off the entrance hallway there is hotel-style bathroom with bath, loo, basin and hand-held shower. There are waxed wooden floors throughout. A new cleaning company has recently been employed to ensure the studio will be immaculate for your stay. The sofabed was put in the apartment for those who didn't want to climb the ladder to bed, but the apartment does sleep 4 comfortably. Please note there is NO TV! The studio is one room with a separate kitchen and bathroom, it is ideal for a couple, but suitable as a crash pad for up to four people. XMAS DAY minimum 2 nights stay, no minimum at other times :)
    The apartment is VERY central! Albert Road is quiet residential street situated just a couple of minutes walk from Brighton Station, a few minutes walk from the North Laines/South Lanes, the seafront, and a couple of minutes walk from Seven Dials (featuring some great bars, restaurants and pubs).

    The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway.
    The cottage is an ideal place for business trips, airport stopovers, or for short breaks and holidays where it is an ideal place to stay for exploring the local area. Guests can self check in to the cottage which also benefits from its own private garden. With full use of the cottage and one bedroom, guests will find everything they need to enjoy their time in Ardingly. Guests will have full use of the kitchen appliances including the washing machine.     A delightful one bedroom self contained apartment set in the heart of Brighton. Light and bright and close to all things you will need for your stay. A fabulous patisserie and a co-op are right at the top of the road and the beach is at the bottom of the road with great cafes and views ! With the current situation, we are also happy to offer a more flexible option of weekly or monthly bookings if you need to have a space to self isolate in or even to work in.
    The apartment is located right in the middle of Brighton and Hove. The whole flat is yours to make it your little home for your stay. The lounge is minimalist but has a sofa and coffee table to sit and chill at. The TV is cable and there is also wi-fi if you wanted to watch your own devices for Netflix. The wi-fi is good and strong. The kitchen has a microwave, a hob and an oven. Kettle and toaster are also there. There is tea and coffee in the cupboard for you. There are also enough utensils for cooking, lasagne dish, baking tray, saucepans and frying pan. If you don't fancy cooking you are close to lots of restaurants either in Hove or Brighton. There are also plenty more restaurants down on the Seafront. The bedroom has a comfortable ( often commented on ) double bed with bedside table. A hanging rail for your clothes, a hairdryer and an iron. The shower room is a large fully tiled shower cubicle with an electric shower. The Beach is 500 metres away. Restaurants of all cuisine tastes are very close by. Brighton Station is exactly 1 mile away with regular buses serving the nearest bus stop to the apartment or a taxi will be £5.00. Parking is resident permit only although there is pay and display parking available in nearby roads.
    Located 10 metres off the bustling Western Road there is an array of coffee shops, a favourite being the Real Patisserie at the top of the road, about 1 minute walk away ! Fresh Pastries and great coffee are always essential on your mini break ! Why not wander around the corner to Brunswick Square and enjoy the lawned gardens with the sea just at the bottom of the Square. Or take a stroll along the Seafront to the Pier. As you hit the seafront below the apartment you will see the Meeting House Cafe open from around 7am for that first cup of coffee.

  • Molt ben situat a la terrassa del terrat, agradable i tranquil. A 10 minuts a peu del centre de la ciutat. Tones de botigues i restaurants a la vostra porta. Jo és un amfitrió molt agradable i respon immediatament als missatges. Definitivament el recomanaria.
