A five-minute stroll through The Grove park takes you to the old High Street, just a few minutes further and you’ll be at the historic Pantiles – home to many excellent independent cafés and restaurants.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment in the historic Pantiles, T Wells. Large terrace overlooking the best part of town with outdoor dining table and comfy sofa to soak up the sun in the day and sip a glass of wine in the evenings. Best spot for restaurants, bars and cafés. Lovely mix of being buzzy in the daytime / evening but quiet at night. Live music on Thursday evenings throughout summer, markets & food festivals most weekends. Recently refurbished, lovely property. Discounts for longer stays.

Quirky 2 Bed Flat, Roof Garden

Located above one of Tunbridge Wells oldest pubs ‘Beau Nash’, tucked away down a private drive away from the main road. The Beau Nash is a lovely, quirky pub with stunning garden & excellent food. Enjoy the private roof terrace on a summer’s evening with beers and wines on tap 30 seconds away. The flat has its own spiral staircase leading up to a private roof garden & flat entrance. Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.

Town House

Self -contained spacious lower ground floor of our Victorian (1873) house, with garden, centrally located for easy walking to amenities: restaurants and bars; parks with cafe and playground, and the Common; shops and convenience stores; historic Pantiles; railway stations and buses. Parking (one car) on drive and on street. Secure bike storage in garage. Access is via six stone steps so not suitable where there are mobility concerns.Also, please note : no hob or oven in kitchenette

Cosy home in the centre of town

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located off the main road in a private setting but close to shops, bars and restaurants this is the ideal place to explore Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area. Within easy walking distance of the train station ( 15 mins) with frequent services to London and Hastings Lots of stunning places to visit nearby including Hever Castle, Sissinghurst and Penshurst Place. Gatwick airport 40 mins drive Heathrow 1 hour 10mins

The Stables with walled garden near the Pantiles

The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.
