Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Equipped with a king bed, TV, waterfall shower and separate WC, hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. Outside space with table and chairs for al fresco dining! Located close to the Ashdown Forest with plenty of country walks. We are a 15 minute drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells and an hour from London and the East Sussex coast. We are on hand in the main house for your convenience.

This beautifully presented two bedroom detached cottage is situated within close proximity of Crowborough Town Centre and approximately 7 miles from the vibrant heart of Tunbridge Wells with popular shops, bars and restaurants. The charm here is the tranquillity of the countryside surroundings on our working beef farm. Set apart from the workings of the farm to allow quiet enjoyment. With glorious morning to early evening sun the garden benefits also from shade if needed. The space is ideal for a couple. A mezzanine for 2 children, steep access & restricted height, suitable only for some.

Entire converted stone coach house

The Coach House is a newly converted, open plan space with very good internet connection in tranquil wooded location on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. It is adjacent to, but detached from the main house Fairstowe and is ideally suited for family occupancy or a couple. Guests have the freedom of having sole occupancy. A 2nd bedroom can be created by closing a multifold door where a single regular bed is provided for one guest and a single fold-out bed is available for a second.

The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.
