Recently renovated studio room with luxury tiled shower, laundry and cooking facilities, and a small private deck with BBQ. There is a super comfortable queen sized bed, single bed and single trundler bed. A heat pump allows heating in winter and cooling in summer. The studio is attached to the main house but completely seperate with independent access. The stunning beach is only 300 metres walk away via conveniently located walkways. Off street parking is available. 40 inch TV with Netflix.

Welcome to our cosy holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. A studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom and a mini kitchenette in a cupboard, as per the photos. You have your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Off street parking. Weekly and monthly discounts offered.

Cozy and inviting cabin located at the rear of our property, just a short walk across the road to the beach. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 to 20 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds
