We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Located in the historic town of Newport Pagnell, this self-contained annex is an ideal base from which to explore surrounding areas. Newport Pagnell has a lot to offer, including pubs, restaurants, bars, peaceful walks and many activities. The annex is cosy and comfortable for both long and short stays and has Wi-fi.

Old Store's Barn

The barn is 200 years old situated in an English cottage garden. On the outside it's traditional wood painted black which opens up to a fabulous 30 square metres studio room which is bright and warm. It's characterful, comfortable and romantic.
