Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

The cosy lounge has ample seating, including a sofa bed, wood burner and TV. There are two double bedrooms. It has a fenced garden with ample seating , a BBQ, and Hot Tub (seasonal charges apply). The cottage also provides spectacular views of the extended gardens, woods and paddocks.

"The Little Annex" is completely self-contained with private access, a kitchenette, work space, double (4' 6") bed, en-suite shower room (with modern digital shower), fast wifi, and driveway parking. Easy access to local amenities including Horsham and Littlehaven stations, and local bus routes. We look forward to welcoming you.

It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.
