Wickham Cottage is set just 15 minutes from Brighton and 60 minutes from London in the gorgeous Sussex countryside, sharing the beautiful far reaching views of the South Downs. We create a modern, clean and cosy experience with a sense of a hotel stay. A spacious open plan layout and beautifully finished cosy interior with lots of personal touches, including breakfast items, to make your stay memorable. Woodside studio

A converted, fully self contained studio flat for 2 people with space for 2 kids. The studio is set back from the main house on the grounds with a private entrance, and covered decking areas with a view into the woods. Parking space for 2 cars. Private driveway. 12 minute walk to Hassocks station with easy access to London/ Brighton. Downs' walkers/ cyclists, business trips, families who need a bit of space from visitors all welcome. If we are able, we can collect/ drop you at station.

This newly renovated stylish Annexe is attached to our home in the hamlet of Ansty, a stones throw to the picturesque village of Cuckfield with its four pubs, independent boutiques and award winning Ockenden Manor and Spa. The location provides a perfect base to enjoy the many NT properties such as Nymans and Sheffield Park as well as Wakehurst Place and the Prairie Gardens. There are also many vineyards in the surrounding area particulary Ridgeview and Bolney Estate.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

The Granary, Guest annex in Twineham

The Granary is the perfect stay if you’re visiting one of the local vineyards, Hickstead, Brighton or a local event/wedding. Great location to local pubs, footpaths and the South Downs. Private access, and dedicated parking. Please note there is no private garden. Great for 2 adults with an additional double mattress on a mezzanine suitable for older children or cosy for 4 adults available to request on booking.

Rustic, modern inspired cabin situated in the beautiful west sussex countryside. Easy access to Gatwick, Brighton, Hickstead show ground, with London only 50 miles away.Shared use of swimming pool and tennis court. Plenty of local countryside pubs and restaurants. Ideal for country walks/dog walks, cycling with good links to the South Downs. You can do as much or as little as you like. Minimum 2 nights stay.
