"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Beautiful Converted 19th Century Barn

Paynters Granary is a detached converted mid 19th century barn situated a short 5 minute walk to the local village amenities. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a large TV and doors out onto a South facing patio area. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with original beams and a bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the living area and the property has ample parking and free WiFi. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, and have their own outdoor area to relax in.

Bull Cottage, Sheffield Park

A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. Very much a home from home, you can step into a little bit of history with its numerous period features including oak beams, wattle and daub walls and an inglenook fireplace. Cosy in winter and cool in the summer months, it is a great place to unwind and get away from it all, whilst also being on the doorstep of many local walks, pubs and attractions.

It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. We are offering a beautifully converted barn, in a secluded spot about 150m from our house, at the bottom of the garden. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We are happy to welcome a well-behaved dog. We are in the Wealden Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest - Winnie the Pooh territory - and within easy travelling distance of Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Glyndebourne, Lewes, Brighton and London.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
