We live in a peaceful and safe residential neighborhood, 700 meters from Glencairn Beach, 7km from from Boulders Beach and historical Simonstown and within walking distance from superb restaurants and trendy Kalk Bay with Chapmans Peak less then 2 km away

Swiss Bayview Cottage

Bayview Cottage located on the Fish Hoek mountainside, provides sweeping views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains. Easy access to Fish Hoek beach, with a 10 minute walk. Cottage is equipped with solar. Secure parking is available. The property has security beams. The entrance is via a remote operated swing gate. No steps at all. Parking spot is 2m away from cottage entrance. Only LTE is available on the mountain,no fibre unfortunately, so not conducive for work from home requirements.

Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain.
