The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Bedroom sleeps 2 people & backs onto our large communal gardens. Our living area is very spacious. we have a habitat futon which can sleep x1 adult or x2 small children. The flat is located short distance from Crystal Palace & also Selhurst football ground and is close to all amenities and public transport.

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. It is ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away. Like to check in earlier? Easy access to central London with the train from Crystal Palace to London Bridge in less than 30 minutes. Walking distance to famous Triangle with plenty of restaurants and cafes, 3 minutes to lovely Crystal Palace park. There is dounle sofa bed in living room, kings size bed in the bedroom and upon requst we can add single bed there. Only pets allowed are dogs.
