A Modern Double Room in Greenwich.

We have a double bedroom in a modern house in Thamesmead, Greenwich, South East London. We own the house and would like to give someone the chance of somewhere to stay at a reasonable price. You'd have your own private double bedroom (king size bed) with tv, private bathroom, and a shared Kitchen / diner. Use of garden room for relaxing and watching TV or videos. The house also has internet wi fi connection, washing machine and tumble dryer. We have a very pleasant garden to use on "sunny days" + a BBQ. and on hot days by arrangement a garden hot tub. Nearby there is a bus stop, with buses that go to Woolwich, for High Street shops (10mins) the O2 ( 20 mins ) and Greenwich Park ( 30 mins ). Greenwich also has a lot more to offer a visitor including Museums, famous Craft and Antique markets, bistros , restaurants and many famous old pubs. The house overlooks a lake so it is very quiet and tranquil. We are a 10 minute walk to the supermarket or you could hitch a lift with us when we go! Two quiet but very friendly guys to share with. Non Smokers only.

Comfortable family home, all modern conveniences, rear garden. Near O2. Detailed directions from major transport hubs (rail and air) please see the arrival guide for visitors. 3 cats in residence, all friendly. We have an Old English Sheepdog, big, noisy and bouncy, very friendly. House is warm in winter, cool in summer. Guests asked politely to be mindful of current pressure on energy, costs and supply, and be considerate in their usage of shower etc. Toiletries not supplied. Towels are.

If you are visiting central London but are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, then this first floor flat is perfect for you. With easy self check in & on site management team. Situated in Sidcup, this flat is in a prime location for visiting the city or local sites. Sidcup train station is just a 8 min walk (travel into central London in around 20 mins) as well as multiple bus stops outside of the property, connecting to local areas. Perfect for anyone visiting for business or leisure.

Super-convenient, cosy and peaceful flat just a 2min walk from the shops and a 5min stroll to the train station. Frequent trains get you into Central London in 20 mins and there's an excellent bus service, including a 24-hour bus that goes past the flat. The flat is on London's Green Chain Walk, with parks and woodland nearby. This is my main residence, so my belongings are in it, with space available for guests' stuff. The flat is not suitable for toddlers or those with limited mobility.

Direct bus to O2 Arena (host to major sports and music events), North Greenwich Underground Station and Emirates AirLine with view over Canary Wharf.
