Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The Loft @ Burghfield - Self Contained Annexe

The Loft @ Burghfield is a hotel style self-contained one bedroomed annexe with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nestled alongside the meandering river Thames in the south Oxfordshire countryside you’ll find Dorchester. Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Delightful 1 bedroom detached studio with private entrance and onsite parking. Character, spacious open plan living, beautifully furnished, vaulted ceilings and large walk-in shower room. Outside seating area with lovely views over main garden. Ideal for a relaxing break with local walks and renowned country pub less than a 10 min walk. Brightwell Baldwin is a small hamlet close to the market and historic town of Watlington. Henley-on-Thames and Oxford City Centre are a short drive away.

A warm and cosy studio style converted boat house on the edge of the River Thames in Cookham, Berkshire. Separate from the main house, the double glazed studio boathouse with en-suite, decorated beautifully. Egyptian cotton linen and nice towels. Relax with views of the river. Blackout blinds, kitchen, en-suite shower room, fridge, double glazing, heating, TV, WIFI, laptop area, outdoor seating/picnic blanket, umbrellas, off road parking, boat mooring, EV Charging Point (fee applies).

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. We are a few minutes from all the tourist attractions of the historic city of Oxford including, the University Colleges, the Ashmolean Museum, Pitt Rivers Museum, the Bodleian Library, the Thames for punting, the Westgate shopping centre, University Parks, Port Meadow etc. We are 30 minutes drive from Blenheim Palace and 20 minutes from Bicester Village outlet shopping centre.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
