Nestled at the foot of the South Downs is our luxury, eco-friendly lodge, set in its own private garden on our small organic nursery. Just a few mins walk to South Downs, 15 mins walk to local village with pub, eateries & shops, 30 mins walk to beach. The beauty of this location is that you feel away from the hustle and bustle of every day life yet you are still close to many lovely towns and villages such as Ferring, Worthing, Arundel, Chichester, Brighton with very good public transport links.

South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

Located in Elmer, a sleepy village 200m from a lovely, never-crowded dog-friendly beach via its own footpath. The rock islands are a unique feature creating sheltered swimming bays & are great to fish from or swim around. Secure south-facing garden, private parking for 2 cars. A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests.
