Furbelows. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.

It it is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. Our annexe in Goring-by-Sea has its own entrance and has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite shower room and Wifi. The beach is a 5 min walk, close to the popular Sea Lane Cafe. Ideally located for Worthing, the Beach and the South Downs. Free on road parking. Minimum 2 night stay. PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom is currently set-up as a Super King Bed, however we have the option of 2 single beds instead, please message us directly when booking to request
