You are within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront with lots of restaurants, shops, bars and tourist activities. We are located close to many of South Africa's famous tourist attractions like Table Mountain, The Cape Point Penguins, the Wine Routes and much more. There is a shared gym and a shared swimming pool over looking the Marina in the residential area.
