Ideal for someone traveling around Tuscany with his/her own car, this house is provided with restored kitchen and bedroomsfurnished with traditional pieces; surrounded by our family wineyard and olive tree orchard, we want to deliver our idea of hosting and hospitality through attention to details, by making you feel at home.

Il Cottage si trova in una bellissima zona collinare a sud di Firenze e si affaccia su un panorama spettacolare della città, a soli 5 km dal centro. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e spazioso e ospita fino a 4 persone. Arredato con gusto nel tipico stile toscano, è molto silenzioso e tranquillo, immerso nel verde della campagna all'interno di una proprietà di 7 ettari di oliveta. Molto curato nelle rifiniture e nei particolari, dispone di tutti i comfort, parcheggio privato, giardino, piscina.

This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you. ---

Think of a tiny charming ancient tower, embedded in a time into a small XIX century tuscan villa on the florentine hills. Think of a romantic place for a couple, with a bedroom and a living room which opens onto a breathtaking terrace in the countryside, with a bathroom and a tiny kitchen. Also think that in 20 minutes drive you are into Florence downtown. Well, this is the place! To get all this you have to climb three flights of stairs with no lift. But you'll see it surely worth the effort.

This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. it's recomended to have a car to reach the accomodation and to move.

Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in 20/25 minuti, oppure in Bus con fermata a poca distanza da casa. Camminando lungo il suggestivo lungarno, Porta San Niccolò, il Ponte Vecchio, la Galleria degli Uffizi e la Basilica di Santa Croce sono comodamente raggiungibili, così come le altre meraviglie di Firenze.
