Wee Nook- a Hobbit Hole

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Bring your childhood dreams to life by going on a real treehouse adventure. This beautiful, one-of-a-kind escape is situated at 8,000 feet and embraced by a 200 year old fir. Accessible only by 4x4/AWD (snow chains required in winter), it features a lofted bedroom with skylight, kitchen, hot-water bathroom, main room with 270-degree glass windows and large private deck. Be prepared for small spaces and lots of stairs with breathtaking views of the Uintas that are nothing short of spectacular.

Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful and secluded retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, all the firewood you will need and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.
