Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

This flat is on a main road above a great Thai restaurant, in a fantastic location walking distance from many bars, cafés, shops & Battersea Park, London's only park by the river. A delightful and unique country cottage with historical links to the Plantagenet Kings of England! It's tucked away, surrounded by mature gardens with views over the Eastwell Manor country estate. Plantagenet Cottage is full of character and charm, it's spacious, very private and relaxing . Our heated pool is great in Summer [closed in Winter]. Enjoy the beautiful Kent countryside, great pubs, a nearby Spa, beaches, Canterbury and lots more - or simply just chill out at the cottage !

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. We have dogs and there are cows / sheep in local fields - country life!

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.
