Casa Etruria is a 13th century gate house over the Western entrance to Trequanda - Porta al Leccio. Trequanda is medieval borgo located in Val d'Orcia , south of Siena. Val d'Orcia was recognised by UNESCO in 2004 as a World Heritage Site for its outstanding beauty.

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. The apartment "I Girasoli" is part of the historic house "Borgo La Grancia", located in a spectacular area of the Tuscan countryside. The apartment, 70 m2, is located on the second floor and consists of a very large and bright living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It is elegantly furnished with Tuscan terracotta floors, beams and period furniture. It has a gorgeous view of the gardens, the pool area and the valley.

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
