Così composta: cucina e salone con divano che può diventare un terzo posto letto, camera da letto, con letto matrimoniale, ampio bagno, grande cortile con barbecue e piazzale all'aperto. Distante 15 minuti dalle principali spiagge: Porto Pino, is Arenas Biancas, Sant'Antioco, spiagge di Teulada. Cucina completa, lavatrice e stendino a disposizione. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Incantevole appartamento fronte mare vista unica, a soli 30 secondi a piedi dall'acqua. A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di portopaglieto oppure sempre a 5 minuti a piedi la piccola spiaggia della ghinghetta, altrimenti se si è amanti degli scogli proprio fronte casa vi è una bellissima scogliera con accesso all'acqua. l'appartamento è di nuovissima costruzione con vista mozzafiato e finiture di pregio

Casa accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.

Monolocale con giardino

Monolocale a piano terra con meraviglioso giardino dove poter arrostire, mangiare e rilassarsi. Ci troviamo in una posizione strategica a metà strada tra porto pino e sant'Antioco, da qui avrete la possibilità di visitare le più belle spiagge del sud ovest della Sardegna. Avrete in oltre la possibilità di godervela al meglio perché in base al vento voi potrete scegliere la costa più riparata.
